2025 GFC Party

People who received ticket(s) to the 2025 Grounds for Celebration associated with their donations recieved a catered meal for each ticket. Receipts for these donations had an estimated value of the catered meals associated with the donation of $125 per person. The actual value of these meals and beverages was $84 per person. The value received associated with a donation is usually not tax deductible while the rest of the donation usually is tax deductible. Donors may use this notification to adjust the value in their receipt.

Finances as of 11 June 25

Income from donations net of PayPal fees was $80,911.91.
Income from the auction was an additional $12,600.

Expenses so far are $29,990.

Many expenses have not been reimbursed yet. The remainder is not expected to exceed $5000.
